Residential Training Center :
Our plan is to provide best Training Facilities to the farmers. So we are going to establish a modern Residential Training Center. This facility is not yet available in the region.
All training facilities are available here and many training programs held during the year. An Auditorium, an AC hall, a non- AC hall, Residential arrangements for trainees, a guest house for resource persons, a kitchen is available in the premises of Deendayal Prabodhini.
Soil Testing Center
Our plan is to establish an Agricultural Laboratory for Soil Testing, Seed Research and Enhancement & Other Agricultural Research. Under this activity we will prepare soil health cards of farmers.
The Models of Organic Farming:
In this proposed research center, we planned to establish the ideal plots of Organic Farming. These model plots will guide the debt ridden farmers of the region. Due to this the Input value of their crops will be reduce. Nowadays due to the use of chemicals fertilizers & insecticides, production increases but profit of the famer terribly decreases.
Last year plots of Wheat and Drumstick was developed for farmers as demonstration and research. In a small piece of land (0.75 Acre) the Bansi wheat cultivated by using Organic farming technique and it given yield of 10.62 Qtl.
Indigenous Seed–Bank :
In these days of chemical farming, due to the use of hybrid & B.T. seeds dependency of the farmer increases day-by-day and the traditional seeds are on the edge of dearth. so, our plan is to establish a Traditional Seed-Bank to encourage the organic farming.
The Models of Agro Based Business
When the farmer get into the trouble due to draught like situation or infertility the Agro-Based small businesses help them to counter the situation. So our plan is to establish various models of Agro-Based Small Businesses like Dairy, Goat Farming, Reshim-Udhyog etc.
Small Irrigation Projects :
Irrigation is necessary for ideal & productive farming. But the paucity of irrigation projects in the region forced the farmers to death. So our planned is to establish models of Small Irrigation Project like -
Farm-Pond (Shet-Tale) etc. due to this Project, irrigation facility can be increased.
Medicinal Plant Project :
So many Medicinal Plants are on the way of dearth. These aluable medicinal plants are very useful for Ayurvedic Medicine. The Medicinal Plant- Farming gives good crops & profit. but the farmers from this region are not so eager to take this crop. So, we are going to develop Medicinal Plantation to stimulate the farmers of this region.
